Trying to describe the current history of Reprotec has been a special task. Achieving in a few lines the result of many years of work and dedication is a difficult task.

Reprotec arises as a dream, the possibility of exercising a part of our specialty and being able to create life, being able to help families achieve their pregnancies and bring them to a happy ending is a difficult experience to describe. It starts like a dream but over time it becomes a real personal and professional challenge. The soul and the sense of reprotec, appears framed in a real spirit of service. The founders put the heart, our best skills and our knowledge and why not say it, all our savings and illusions to get a fertility unit walking.

The challenge was to start, but over time we have discovered that the real challenge is to continue. We no longer have a dream idea, but we have a very serious company, with a sustained growth for many years, recognized nationally and internationally, with results in pregnancy rates and satisfaction rates of our families, which we had never imagined.

Reprotec is a service company that gives its patients a promise of value, a promise that is the same with which we started many years ago. Reprotec has managed to become the unit providing the reproductive medicine services of the Department of Gynecology, Obstetrics and Human Reproduction. This alliance allows us both entities, an efficient continuity in the care of these patients in a highly qualified hospital.

We want our patients to receive timely, warm care and with structured and predictable results. We fully comply with current regulations and promote the modernization of the practice of health in our country. We undergo permanent audits of all processes, with surveillance programs, continuous improvement and patient safety.

If I wanted to summarize the current story of Reprotec, I think the word that best describes it would be maturity. We have a company where we have used all the administrative and organizational tools to offer a service according to our goals set at the beginning.

We wanted to be leaders in the provision of reproductive medicine services and achieve a center that could be compared to the standards of other countries. Today we are a benchmark in processes and results for many units and associations in El País.

But without losing that initial and honest spirit of service, without losing the closeness and familiarity with all our patients and their families. Offer our patients the highest standards of medical care, promote state-of-the-art technologies that lead us to better and more predictable results.

Our medical group has maintained a permanent dynamic of updating of knowledge and modernization of processes. Clinical and operational decisions have been promoted and shared by all doctors and nurses. The conviction that many heads and hearts think better than just one, has helped us move efficiently and harmoniously.

We have achieved a broader and more modern physical space, where patients and their families find comfort and easy access. The remodeling works provide a warm and clean environment, where the processes appear closer and more efficient. We want to save time and travel for our patients and collaborators.

Reprotec currently has a solid administrative and financial structure, careful cost control and very sophisticated accounting management.

From our management, Deisy Mora and her collaborators have managed to impregnate their entire team with a deep conviction for administrative processes, but without forgetting that each step and each action are aimed at fulfilling our mission of being the best option to fulfill the dream of being parents.

The commercial department maintains permanent and generous access so that patients, who sometimes almost fearfully, come to consult and resolve their medical and emotional conditions that have limited their ability to achieve a pregnancy, find a practical solution to their requirements.

The nursing group has advanced rapidly towards the professionalization of practice, the training and training processes are very careful and demanding.

This practice and its special ability to listen and attend to the deepest needs of patients have brought us closer to cultivating a very close relationship with all families.

That is why Reprotec is full of aunts, uncles, nephews, godchildren and adopted children. You just have to witness the visit of one of these newborns, to discover the close ones that we feel of all these dreams.

In the laboratory, the new architectural modifications, adjusted to the new regulations, offer us a generous and modern space, with puncture and transfer rooms within the laboratory, with air pressure and temperature control systems, which provide very sophisticated conditions for management of the embryos.

Our incubators, which replaced the mothers of the embryos with a few, but valuable days, are very modern and sophisticated.

Currently, they are equipped with real-time video control systems of our embryos, ensuring that they are permanently monitored, from our computers, without requiring them to be taken from their means of development. We have managed to identify key moments within the life and division of the embryos that allow us to identify which are the most efficient.

Sample identification systems, gametes, embryos and patients guarantee a permanent traceability of all our processes. We like that patients can be very calm. Your dreams are in good hands.

Our human group of El Laboratories is made up of 4, young and enthusiastic embryologists. They have achieved a highly qualified group, where the four have approved their skills and abilities, allowing a continuous and stable operation, even with the most complex and demanding processes. His talent, energy and generosity but also, his conviction to do things better every day, allow us to say that we have his embryos in magical hands, enough to get closer to fulfilling his dream.

Our group of doctors, is made up of 3 of the founders, who from the beginning we have worked together and our new young star Dr. German Tovar, who returned a few months ago after completing his training in Europe.

Today we are fourth colleagues, with a very close personal and professional relationship, for having really grown up together. Always at Reprotec we find a friend to ask for advice or share some delicate decision. We all share the same passion for our unity and for our trade.

Each one contributes its best and most generous qualities to achieve a united, respectful and productive group that shares the conviction of giving our patients the best of each of us.

As a group we work every day to maintain the ideas with which this unit was created and gestured many years ago, to be able to maintain the same spirit of service and joy in practice as when we started a few years ago.
